Vault 95

Overview
Vault 95 was a rehabilitation vault designed to treat drug addicts, featured in Fallout 4. Its residents were to live clean, productive lives away from the chems that destroyed them — until one of them brought the addiction back in.
History & Background
The vault's residents, all recovering addicts, built a peaceful community for over a decade. A chemist among them secretly created a hidden chem lab, and when his stash was discovered, the temptation spread like fire; the vault collapsed into chaos and was abandoned. By 2287 it serves as a raider base, its tragic history recorded in terminals and holotapes.
Geography & Layout
The vault is reached through a cave; its interior retains the layout of a functioning community — cafeteria, dorms, medical bay — with a hidden chem lab tucked behind a false wall.
Wasteland Significance
Vault 95 is a poignant story of recovery and relapse, one of Fallout 4's most affecting environmental narratives, and a raid-worthy location for players.
