Overview
Raven Rock is the Enclave's secret East Coast headquarters, hidden beneath a rocky mountain outcrop in Pennsylvania, featured in Fallout 3.
History & Background
After the Enclave's West Coast collapse, remnants under Colonel Autumn relocated east and established Raven Rock as their base of operations. Inside, President John Henry Eden — actually a supercomputer — directs the Enclave's plans to purify the wasteland, while Autumn pushes his own agenda involving Project Purity. The base's secrets, including Eden's true nature, are central to Fallout 3's climax.
Geography & Layout
The facility is concealed beneath a natural rock formation and reached through a heavily guarded entrance. Inside, it contains command centers, barracks, a vertibird hangar, laboratories, and the chamber housing President Eden's mainframe, all buried deep underground.
Wasteland Significance
Raven Rock serves as the Enclave's final stronghold in Fallout 3, and the player's infiltration of it helps decide the fate of the Capital Wasteland's water supply.
